It sounds for all the world as if we are playing to not get beaten instead of playing to win.

Playing in front of three solid centre backs and a class holding midfielder should give the front line confidence to open up but it seems we aren't capable of doing it.

Lets hope for better second half. COYR

I think people should only have the right to Moan this much if they have made the trip. Imagine if we were 1-0 down? It's only half time people and we ain't losing.

I think the one thing I'd say for our performance is we've created more chances for Forest than they have.

Our centre backs look solid but everything else has been poor. Paterson has at least been trying but we've been literally running ourselves into corners.

Little in particular has looked a liability. I think he needs to come off but Christ knows who replaces him.

To cut 'em a tiny bit of slack, there are a lot of people not yet used to playing together out there.

On the other hand, Johnson clearly hasn't instilled any belief in the side and we're still playing scared. As @Nogbad the Bad notes, Lee's hardly known for his inspirational qualities.

Little steps of progress are what's needed. 

We've not been under any threat and are typically better second half.

You're right that Woods played in that league cup final, aged 18. It wasn't his debut though, he played in all Forest's league cup ties that season as Shilton was Cup-tied...

this is a personal request and please don't take it in the wrong way as obviously I don't know anything about you. It would just stop my blood pressure rising to unsafe levels if you could avoid using the word "pants" in the context of something being bad. Ah, it's the managers fault again then.  Brilliant.  So the fact everyone thought it was a good team selection doesn't count then: he's 'set them up for a 0-0 draw'!  How does that work then?  Do the players not have brains in their heads?  Is their every move controlled by the manager on the touchline?  Get a grip.  Time the players took responsibility.
