Like it or not, it will cost to get quality players. There are some bargains to be had in England so I'll but they are getting fewer and fewer. Just look at Oxford who secured 4.5m plus add ons for two players who did well in L2. We have to spend to ever get out of this division. It's reality. Forget prices when judging players from now on. It's the best way to be level headed about them. Magnusson cost €3m and has been linked with a 10m move months after we signed him. Kodjia cost us 3m and we can get 15m for him by the time add ons are met. This is our ticket to bigger wages and fees. The graft has to be done now though. Sweden are between seasons I think and Denmark is in the gap between their regular season and the Championship/Relegation rounds of small sub-leagues. No idea on the other two countries! Without wishing to denigrate Engvall, it has certainly never occurred to me that some of these players' international caps have been awarded due to 'better' players being unavailable.
