Less media scrutiny I expect there and a better pay day for the same job, might even get more respect because of where he's come from. Maybe the FA might perk up and start to defend referees more. As far as I'm concerned respect is a two way thing. some refs have tried to make the game as much about them, I don't know him but Clattenburg strikes me as one of those types of refs.
