Also Djuric has changed games when coming on (eg the Rotherham match) but apart from the individual performances of the new players there has been more competition for places so the performance levels of the players we already had improved (eg Frankie, Paterson, Brownhill, O'Dowda). I've certainly heard, reliable source, that he was at the centre of sorting it out: dressing room disharmony in particular. Maybe he also helped set the wonderful "new" plan, simply good old 442, in place? Maybe again, helped his boss choose the right pegs for those holes?
