I stayed in Varese in 2007 and so decided to play a Football Manager save as Varese. I'd have no doubt managed Pisano during this game. He doesn't ring any bells so I can't give a full scouting brief. However, I did leave Varese to take up a new challenge at lowest ranked club Scafatese and I took some Varese players with me. Pisano wasn't one of them, so I'd guess based on that he was too good to drop down to Serie C3. Conclusion. He's at least good enough for league 2 level. It's this level of insight you just don't get with other media outlets. Using the bitterest fanbase of the lot after they lost their star player to the infinitely superior club they share a city with is a poor example though!
