If the computer can programme Man Utd/city every year apart dependant on division why can't it do City/Rovers. Never seen so many clashes on the list, just seems dependant on the club/status they can be kept apart.

There's more to it than just who we are playing and who Rovers play and which ground.

Plus the Premier League one has 8 less matches to handle per club.

Essentially every single fixture is linked, plus the crowd of our home game and a Rovers one combined is less than just one Manchester club at home.

Having both of them at home on the same weekend has a bigger potential to kick off, just from pure numbers.

Good deed for the day...I'll DEFINITELY be making the trip to Sunderland, and I have a friend living in Sunderland who will ask local/city centre bars about the possibilities of Thatchers Gold. Sunderland City Centre is only 15 minutes from the Stadium of Shite .... should be a good day out... mind you, Newcastle City Centre is only 25 minutes away by Metro

Maybe a few Friday night games? Always a decent atmosphere on the alcohol fuelled Fridays.

Always like a Friday game, but we have to work around the rugby too haven't we

Looking ahead to milestones City SHOULD reach in 2017-18.

ALL TIME: Our 27th league goal will be number 6,500. The 38th we concede will be number 6,200. The 89th point :fingerscrossed: will be City's 5,400th.

TIER 2: The 38th game (Ipswich) will be number 2,100 at this level. Our 29th point will be number 2,200 at this level. The 33rd goal of the league season will be our 2,750th (the 83rd goal will be number 2,800 :fingerscrossed:) whilst the 48th conceded will be the 3,000th goal conceded at this level.

Without stating the obvious, I would imagine we would have first shout, that is why the rugby fixtures look like this
