Doesn't work like that though does it, football? We've no clue how it's going to look next season.

A purple patch of world-class form and a desperate run of self-destruction in equal measure seem the most likely outcome, with a mid-table finish.

Granted it’s not an exact science. 

But if you take away a clubs best players and replace them with unknowns chosen by someone whose record is questionable to say the least, then said club aren’t going to be as good.
