Looked into it & it’s our old goalkeeper, who is also their goalkeeping coach. Didn’t realise he was there. Anyway, just s bit more useless information to clog up OTIB! Played 257 games for city that in itself suggests he was a decent keeper at our level. With the possible exception of jan moller all of our keepers have had their limitations. Having said that Phillips was coached by Mike Gibson and then later Mike Stowell? So you'd hope they'd have imparted excellent coaching knowledge on him, even if as a player he had his limitations.
