Unless it was a City player !  :fear:

I've heard the league aren't happy with Pack's over-aggressive one in today's game. Roy certainly has a word or two with the 4th official about it.

Possible he gobbed at the bloke on the ground too.

Seriously, are we going to get a better rub of the green with refs this season? I wonder

Roofe and Ayling (both key men i.m.o.) will be out so add them to maybe Philips and then, only another 8 players to go and we will be in with a chance; they have just returned from the otherside of the world as well so the jet lag excuse is out.

So prepared for the "fine lines" and "up to speed" are we? ?

I can’t remember but I read somewhere about someone getting a red in a friendly and having to serve a suspension. I know that doesn’t help but sure it could be googled!

City had a player sent off v Mangotsfield some years back and served a suspension..

City had a player NOT sent off (Wright) who then got a big suspension, despite no real evidence..!
