Hi folks. 

Short and sweet from me today (hurrah - OTIB doesn't have to read my ramblings as per) as I'm currently looking after my son, whom had an operation yesterday (he's fine, just wants as much ice cream as I can funnel down his mouth, laced with calpol).

So with Garry Monk leaving and the fans in uproar at the tail end of last season, they now have the other Pep and currently sit in 10th spot.

After our transfer window: the good - Han-Noah, the bad - Webby, and the downright ugly - Marlon ?, who knows what's happening next.

I said last week to buckle in for the ride and after this week of Nketiah, Reid and Lord knows who else, I'm clinging on to the dashboard by my fingernails.

 

2-1 loss today. We need time for the newbies to settle and we need to take a breather from the chaos. We might nick a 1-1 if we lock down and park that Peter Carol coach on the pitch.

I'm off to sleep for an hour or two until the next medication run.

I’m hoping for signs of a cohesive game plan and am prepared to accept patchy performances for a month or two whilst the new boys settle in .

 At the start of a new season it is often individual brilliance that gets a win so here’s hoping for one or two heroes while we get the team together.

Fam to run Dean and Roberts ragged for an hour, and Afobe to come on and bag a brace.

Anyone know any websites that stream games? Trying to watch Leeds game but usual one I use lshunter seems to not show any games anymore. Cheers

I’m thinking of going down this route for robins tv but just don’t know where to start

Hesgoal is pretty good, if its on Sky Sports or BT (currently showing the West Ham/Man.C. game) or being shown live anywhere in the world, almost guaranteed to be showing it. Also caught many City away games last season, but not hopeful for today as I am not aware of it being shown live abroad today, other than on BCTV (but you never know!)

Here is something I posted last season . Hope it helps.

Anyone with a smart smart phone or tablet can watch the game tonight if you follow these simple steps 

- Download an app called Windscribe which is a VPN- I use it to successfully watch every single game.

- When you first log into Windscribe you will need to make an account, which is completely free.

-Once you’ve done that you will get to choose how much GB you want - choose the highest one (I think it’s 10GB) unlimited GB costs money but it’s value for money seeing as you get to watch any city game you want.

-Then switch the VPN on and ensure you click and choose a country that is listed below the big on/off button. This is the clever bit that tricks your phone into thinking it’s in a country overseas.

- Download Official Club App

- Log in to your account via club app or make one if you don’t already have one

- Purchase game for £5 on app.

Any problems gimme a shout and I’ll try talk you through it if needed

For me, the big question has to be what team will he put out today?  What formation? and how many new boys will be blooded or put on the bench?

We will know that in about 40 mins.

Too soon for the new boys to gel, so I would stick Diedhiou And Afobe up top and throw as many crosses into the box as possible.

Not sure. Haven’t come across this before. I think it works better on an Apple Mac as you can download the app as opposed to trying to do it via a website on a standard laptop.

Do you have a smart phone?

We shouldn't be looking to 'nick' anything or 'park the bus' against sides like Birmingham if we're serious about playoffs, regardless of new arrivals.

Man for man, they're a weaker side than us on paper. Bottom third squad in my opinion. Add in the issues they've had with managers. 

Think we will win today. 1-3.

Just sign up for a vpn, most of the decent ones have a 1 month option for a few dollars. I currelty have pure vpn which is decent I have previously used nordvpn who are also good. 

Connect to a foreign server, Dutch or German ones seem to be the fastest for me. Sign up for Robins TV and away you go. 

Only bit I don't know about is if you need a billing address in the country you are "signing" up from.

Use your home address. You could be on holiday.

I may pop abroad just before 3pm ?

I've gone for home address... which is France, obviously *cough cough*

Once you get the stream up I quickly log out of the foreign country with the vpn & switch back to U.K. and works fine using own WiFi at home. So just using vpn to get through the initial bit then switch back
