BetterRedthanBlue Posted July 17, 2020 Report Share Posted July 17, 2020 Experience with academy setup, took Chelsea under-19's to 2 UEFA Youth league finals, took Chelsea to the semi finals of the checkatrade trophy. Two time Under 18 premier league winner and helped England under 18's win the Toulon tournament in 2017. He would be a complete left field appointment if we did get him and would probably fit the "DNA" of the club. If we were midtable and not fighting for the play offs for consecutive seasons I would say let's go for him and hope it doesn't end up like Paul Clement. But at this moment in time we need to find someone to take us to the next level that has the experience of the championship and promotion and it isn't Joe Edwards.
