weepywall
Just when you things can't get much worse for them they do !!!! Maybe they should park a minibus there and watch from that don't think that would need planning consent and after the game they could headbut the windows

Surely to use it and swerve the planning permission it has to be packed away between games I think that the term you're describing @RedM is 'break camp: ie. take down a tent or the tents of an encampment ready to leave'.
Bristol Rob
Thinking about it, I reckon I have been to 3 away games at the Mem with City (possibly only two), does this mean I have invested more in their club than Wally has?
BS15_RED
Better news for the Sags, teams to now get all the revenue from their traveling fans. With their thousands and thousands of traveling fans every other week this must mean a big boost to their finances? Not sure if they’ll benefit from the thousands locked out though. Mr Popodopolous
This now means we should- if it's across the board- reduce our away capacity to 10% or even 2k. Is this a new rule now??

PHILINFRANCE
They should have asked Nick Higgs' to sort this out as he had the building experience: not only were his contracts watertight, but he could have just written a cheque to sort things out. So who pays the hosting clubs policing bill then? imagine how much that would cost for Gas away games, as well as police and stewarding the costs of standby emergency vets when the horse punchers are in town must be horrendous. Fiale
4 hours ago, Ska Junkie said: This! The tents aren't permanent structures so why would they need planning permission? I appreciate they would need to (somehow) pass a health and safety and SAG check but thought only permanent structures need planning permission? Seems the club have confused themselves as well - do they need planning permission or not, they said they don't need it, yet still agreed they need to put planning permission in once the structures are up - so they did know they needed it. A spokesperson for Rovers said the current status of the stands were as ‘temporary structures’, which doesn't need planning permission. They said the Safety Advisory Group, which issues safety certificates for the stadium, had worked with the club throughout the process over the summer and were happy with what has happened. The club worked with all the relevant authorities, including Bristol City Council, on its plans, and said it was agreed they would first put up the stands as temporary structures and then apply for planning permission once they were up. But neither stand has formal planning permission, and the club has now submitted a retrospective planning application to Bristol City Council. Just added something that they had redacted.
