Is @Miah Dennehy ok? He seems to have gone missing lately.

I'm sure a couple of months ago I read multiple times how great the football was under St Joey, and some of the most entertaining stuff he's ever witnessed.

TBF I am finding it quite entertaining at the moment myself, so keep up the good work Joey.

The most bizarre poster for years was @Deluded Sag. A fortnight of constant abuse and bullshit and now haven’t heard from them for weeks. Confusing as getting less than 8k of your own through the turnstiles when you are “promotion chasing”.

The subtle difference is.

He was enjoying how they played, we just enjoyed the results. They keep passing , creating chances  , then keep losing. I think we could all be happy , maybe.

I didn't realise how bad JBs history is until I just checked wiki. He would surely be unemployable at a school or college with his history so how does he fit in at a football club?

Probably has to be escorted if and when he's anywhere near the Academy..........taking the piss slightly but it's not as far fetched as it seems when you think their Academy Coaches will have to undergo a full DBS disclosure. It would be interesting to see if they would appoint a Youth Coach with his "record".

Glenn Whelan, I think

Only if he's lost about a foot and a half in height, aged 20 odd years and put on about 5 stone.

He's their kit man.

He's actually quite a nice bloke (apart from being a rabid gas head)

Think I briefly met him once, 'rabid gas head' was my assessment.

He's been on multiple times since getting owned a few weeks ago, but stopped posting (cannot think why).

I thought it was pretty much agreed it was Flapper himself.

I didnt realise the upgraded stand that they “should” get is actually a tin roof. They are literally tinpot.

I wouldn’t mind betting that there will be a reduced capacity at the Mem (no tittering at the back) at the start of next season if they decide to break camp.

This report states that they have yet to have a structure designed, modelled, costed and agreed. Once they know definitively what they want, they’ll need to find and appoint a contractor, assuming that there’s not a veritable army of retired construction workers willing to heed the club’s call and do the work for free. If it ever sees the light of day, the club will need to run test events to satisfy health & safety regarding suitability of the new structure. Doesn’t sound like a 6 month job, given that presently it’s just a pipe dream.

I have heard they will stick to the same contractor who provided them with so much experience with their previous big top experience who can turn his hand to anything at the Horfield Circus...

I keep writing serious comments on this thread and then deleting them as the comedy value is so high.

Let's take the point above about health and safety. If they have test events they will need a full crowd to make that work. How are they going to fill the ground?

They’ve been asking that question for years.
