In his twilight years, he tends to stand around a lot, watching, as the game passes by. Maybe he will be unveiled as their new stand. The Chris Martin Stand. If he signs for them, he'll get some stick. Probably a walking stick. Any more pensioner signings and it'll be hard to accuse them of being OAPless. I was also told that he was the single most negative influence on the dressing room. The City players were dumbfounded when he was made captain at QPR.

Peter O Hanraha-hanrahan
You’d think that if the Gas were so special and “always get behind their club” they’d fill their tiny ground more than a couple of times a season? The father took his son to watch Rovers, even though he was pompey fan, taking him all the way over to Bath to do it. This flies in the face of all reasonable logic (apart from #GasLogic) there is no reason to not think... 'surely he would have been loyal to Pompey, and taken his son there'. Unless of course, Pompey fans are 'like those pesky 82ers and aren't remotely loyal'. I'll wager that the poster has aspirations to repair laptops. 1

It's hard to tell from the crap "fag packet" sketches provided in the planning permission documents. But it definitely looks a lot bigger than what was proposed. Unan
Why is the roof so steep? Assuming it’s down to the poor quality of the stand / the physics behind it. I haven’t seen a stadium built without a flat roof in decades.

Open End Numb Legs
2 hours ago, petehinton said: Jesus fkin wept….. I have never seen anything like it. The temporary stand within the temporary stand. The warm up goal position lining up with the mini stand seems to add to the visual disturbance inside the brain, as though the ball boys could have a kick about when the ball is up the other end during the match. This photo will probably trigger migraines for some people. Those pillars.......are we sure this is a football stand and not another IKEA? As for the size of it, I would say it looks way bigger than the diagrams submitted. There may be accurate dimensions in the written info but the pictures are inaccurate. They may need a new hack saw.....
