I have been charged for 2 annual passes on BCTV and need to get one of them refunded. Contacting via email seems to be getting me nowhere. Thx @reddoh is 100% correct I had a similar experience but with the 3 game pass for the pre-season friendlies. @JerrySLO was helpful and credited by Rewards account with the amount I lost out. StreamAG were useless and I believe kept what they charged me as the offer from city was made 'in good faith'.
