Once he sorts his final ball we could really see a lumpy sell on. Real dangerous, powerful yet awkward style. Good to watch when running at pace.

His combination of pace and power frightens defenders at any level.

As he gains experience against top class defenders and adds more final product he could have a great career at top level.

Seems we weren't the only ones with a penalty drought. Bournemouth 609 days!!

Semenyo broke that yesterday, won it. Bournemouth fan I know loves Semenyo..hasn't mentioned Scott much yet but I guess Scott had frequently been injured so he hasn't seen anything like his full range.

Semenyo has been absolutely brilliant so far this season. You can judge how well he is doing by who he is keeping out of the starting eleven - David Brooks, Dango Outtara (£20m young winger signed from France) and Luis Sinisterra, who was one of the best players for Leeds last season in the Premier League.

The demands the system puts on the wide forwards mean the manager will almost always replace them to keep energy levels up in those positions, so don't be distracted by him getting subbed in almost every match. That's simply the way it works.

He'll be going to AFCON soon so will be giving up that starting place which is always a risk but he has to be pleased with how well he's adapted to the pace of the Premier League.

I saw he was in the initial 55 man squad (unsurprisingly!) but do you think he`ll make the cut? I presume he will.

It was also nice to see Bobby Reid was captain for Fulham at the weekend.

It does demonstrate that the development of a player is rarely linear.   Not sure many would have suggested Bobby was a future captain of a Prem team.

Def our most successful academy player of recent times
