Wells and Conway work together well as a partnership. They understand each other’s games well. Whether Conway and Semenyo can do the same as 2 young players I guess we shall see at some point

Popular Post Sheltons Army
Lots of good performances all over the pitch , but mention for Dan Bentley who made 3 really excellent saves Each worth a goal Nice to have a top class keeper 23

The best crop since the days of Alan Dicks and John Sillett imo. So much more satisfying than the scattergun recruitment we had under Ashton. 6
Tinmans Love Child
Just posted on match thread but I think this is the first back to back wins with a clean sheet since Nov 2020 when we beat Cardiff away and Derby home 1-0. I don’t think we had back to back wins last season at all did we?

Dan Robin
Consistency in both halves was the main positive. Talking about single players, my podium today is Conway > Bentley > Atkinson. Edited August 21, 2022 by Dan Robin
MarcusX
Have to agree, brilliant performance. Wasn’t perfect, but got the job done and always room for improvement

Fair play to him for keeping switched on constantly and hopefully no late bids come in .

Wanderingred
Very enjoyable game. Open, end to end, plenty of chances. On another day, Cardiff would have had a couple but then we could have scored three or four ourselves. I really liked the look of Naismith. He’s improved our back line massively and was the main reason for our clean sheet inho.
Mad Cyril
Fair play to Vyner. Kept Gareth Bale anonymous.
ChippenhamRed
Excellent again today. Was worried that the poor quality of the opposition on Tuesday made us look better than we are, but Cardiff were better than them and we still looked great. First two games of the season for me this week (member not STH) - picked well for once!
