We can barely buy a win against them, 4 since 99, 8 in my lifetime and 4 of those came in 5 games between 90-96

I think they mean teams we hardly ever beat, there are teams that fall into that category even when we are in good form and they are on a bad run teams like wolves WBA Leeds.

Wednesday school night, unexciting opposition we have a poor record against, City 16th and in average form, cost of living crisis starting to bite.
