Well it’s nice to be leading despite being second best after that Sheffield Utd game.

An eyebrow raising choice of Weimann and Semenyo as wingbacks, can only presume late illness or injuries have forced NP into that….yet it’s Weimann who gets the opening goal.

Not sure how they’ve not scored TBH, with some school boy defending, wasteful possession and dubious positioning, Vyner particularly guilty of being sucked out of position - MOL with several excellent saves, Boro wasteful a number of times and the post saving us when last ditch defending doesn’t.

Despite that we’ve looked a threat on the break (Conway pick of the forwards, Nakhi wasteful a few times) we need to try and control the ball a bit more however second half, the midfield battle being lost. 

Feels like more goals in this one, but we need to sort out our defensive organisation or you feel we will eventually concede.

Difficult to change this with bugger all central defensive cover on the bench. Don’t think bringing Sykes or Dasilva would improve anything.

I reckon the ref will give Boro something contentious in the second half given the reception he’s just got walking off the pitch.

Well, I can't see how we can come back out with strikers for wing backs, we're getting over run, Conway and Wells stay on, I'd keep Scott on too as if we can tighten up the back Scott will not only be able to attack players but can chip in dropping back. I really want Semenyo in a position where he can run at players but it's not happening at wing back, would much rather give Zac some help by bringing on someone who will defend alongside him.

Going forward and midfield wise we’re doing well, it’s 2 of the 3 at the back that’s the problem. Vyner chooses today to have a mare and Klose just does not seem the same player as last year.

Despite the final scores, thought we had looked defensively pretty sound the two games overall. No idea what is happening today, pulled apart all over the place. Max the star, a very decent goal and somehow we are ahead. Middlesbrough fans will be feeling like we did mid week.

I would probably take a point if offered it right now.

Sykes does a much better job than Semenyo will in protecting his Center Back. I get Semenyo has moments of greatness but he's not going to get it at wing back as he doesn't know when to come back and when to charge forward, it's just not in his game.

Phew, my heart-rate is off the scale! All Boro and we are one up! However, if this continues we will concede, they have so much time and loads of options and we are getting pulled all over the place. 
First half highlights 

Conways contributions, maturity and work rate 

O’Leary who has kept us in the game 

Tinnion’s ‘ Bloody hell Zak’ and ‘’Just blow the bloody whistle’ 

Williams has not been involved enough, Vyner needs to get sorted positionally, all need to close down quicker and defend from the front.
