Rugby autumn internationals

Kid in the Riot

Recommended Posts

Starting today. Should have a bit more spice and meaning than usual given we're only 10 months away from the World Cup in France.

From a Welsh perspective it's been an up and down couple of years. Seconds away from a Slam in 2021. Then this year's shambles culminating in a loss at home to Italy, followed by an encouraging tour to South Africa this summer. No Dan Biggar but Tipuric, Halfpenny and Ken Owens back which is a boost.

One thing we won't be lacking is pace with Rees-Zammit and Rio Dyer. The latter a 22 year old from Newport who's one to watch.

Very interested to see how the Irish get on against SA and France against Australia later.

Looks like one of the efl's finest reffing this match. Some aeful mistakes by England but ref is giving NZ everything. He should have seen the 'neck roll" offence before NZ "scored".

I take it all back, the ref against his better judgement awarded England some tries!

Not sure what to say about that. Fantastic end, but then to kick it out of play…..can you see Wales doing that?

A very confusing performance

Given the amount of penalties we conceded I don't blame them taking the draw.
