Vidal
Excellent performance against a good championship side. 352 surely has to be put to bed now. 1 Quote Link to comment
tin
Great win, great performance. Pring showed real character to bounce back from giving away the pen and was my MOTM. James also was top drawer. Gas lost, late equalisers for Hull and Wigan in what look like some relegation six-pointers are a real juicy cherry on top of the cake. Dan Robin
A really precious win and some points gained on our rivals. Good job lads! Quote Link to comment
cityexile
Really did not fancy us today. Two important new injuries, Scott, Semenyo maybe unsettled by transfer talk, appalling home form...and Birmingham. Get the heck in. Big big win. 1 Quote Link to comment
RUSSEL85
Happy with Hull equaliser too. 6 points from drop zone. Massive win! Quote Link to comment

Lanterne Rouge
Pretty much all the other results were kind to us for once as well. In other news, Stanley go marching on and Plymouth equalise in the 96th minute at MAIT. 2 Quote Link to comment

In my opinion he could have played 4-3-3 long before now. Can’t see that we would have defended any worse. When you start saying ‘facts’ and name calling then it says a lot If you don't know the facts you should not be talking so much misguided nonsense. Pearson has always wanted 433 from day one. Players were unable to cope, we let goals in left right and centre, we were far worse. We had to tidy up. We will move to 433 when we have the players for it, or against teams that allow us to do it. We are still too open with 433 with current players, despite monumental improvements in the reliability of in particular Vyner. If you really think Pearson does not want 433 , and there were reasons why it has not been utilised for some time, then you are seriously an ostrich and have ignored all of the facts, the information provided to you, if you ever care to listen. Which you clearly do not. Yes I have called you an ostrich. You have ignored all of the information and facts available to have a completely misguided opinion. 2 2 1 Quote Link to comment

cidercity1987
Good day for the club The win helps of course but the atmosphere was much better from the first min than the pathetic showing from fans and players v West Brom. I enjoyed going for once and glad I did 1 Quote Link to comment
Sleepy1968
What's it called when you score more goals than the opposition in a home game? Anyone? Semenyo back to beast mode today. Good position by sykes for his goals. Well done city! Quote Link to comment
Marina's Rolls Royce
A couple of earlier posts mentioned that this game wasnt really a 6 pointer but with the other scores and our great win - it's turned out that way. The gas getting beaten just reminds me there is a gap and it's just got wider. Tonight's gonna be a good good night. 3 Quote Link to comment

Shame you didn't see it. it was a fast end to end game with plenty of chances for both sides, but we took more than they did and fully deserved to win. 1 Quote Link to comment
