Marina's Rolls Royce Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 My school trips were so much less well organised- we never walked in an orderly line and I didn't even see an adult with them- fair play Wigan junior fans. Quote

Barrs Court Red Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 Took a pub in Wigan once - well, we walked through the front door, they exited the back. All was calm until about an hour later, a mob of skinheads crested the brow of a hill - looked like a low budget version of Zulu. 1 Quote

Red DNA Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 Hopefully the club can identify them and ban them from the ground? Who’d want their club to be associated with such morons. Quote

spudski Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 You see so many vids doing the rounds these days. They must see them. Do they honestly think it looks ' hard' or represents what they are trying to be? It's always like a comedy sketch. They all look complete wimps and right tools. This one of Leeds fans at Forest is another...blokes posturing, acting hard, asking for it, put off by a steward and fighting with barriers...you see it every week at many grounds... They all look complete soft bellends just why? 5 Quote

Nogbad the Bad Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 Brings to mind reports at the time of a large number of City fans rampaging through a supermarket in Swindon on their way to the County Ground in the early 70's. Quote

Kingswood Robin Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 My only memory of Wigan is getting stuck in a traffic jam there after being diverted off the M6. While stationary I saw a yoof kicking a dog. Nothing else to report. Quote
weepywall Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 I remember going to Wigan years ago when they played at Springfield Park was it ? Stood on a grass bank behind the goal, they surprisingly had a nasty little bunch of fans, probably their grandkids in that video. Quote

sticks 1969 Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 Remember the 3- 2 in 89/90 when every time city scored everyone ran down the grass bank . Was there not a small wooden shed at the top of the grass bank ? Quote

I can remember having fun at a lunchtime disco in Swindon before the game but I think that’s was the 80s, never seen so many city fans in a different town by 9am was a pretty eventful day that one Quote
