Hospitality question

Does anyone know much about the hospitality setup at the club?

Treating my old man to hospitality tickets for his birthday for the Norwich game this Saturday. Booked the tickets about a month a go and all I've had from the club is a confirmation email. No tickets, no other information. Sent an email last week which has gone unanswered. Getting through on the phone this week is next to impossible with Man City game being their priority no doubt.

Any help/information greatly appreciated. Really just want to know what time we need to turn up and what the setup is.

Done loads.

Basically arrive around midday and collect your passes, if the Heineken then the entrance is at the rear of the South Stand, if the Lansdown suite then the entrance is on the ground floor of the Lansdown stand.

Make your way upstairs to the Heineken/Lansdown lounges, you will be seriously impressed by both.

You will be shown to your table by a host.

Pre match lunch, the bar facility, programme and usually some players or a legend will come in for a chat.

Paul Cheesley hosts the Heineken lounge and hes first class.

Watch the first half.

Back in half time for snacks/beer.

Out for the second half.

Back in after the game and the bar remains open till around 6pm.

It is a great afternoon and lets hope 3 points as well.

Thanks both. Got through to someone on the phone and all sorted now. Had sent the tickets and info to the wrong email. Sent over to the correct one now. Should be a good day!

Due to my location when I get to AG I typically go to the Heineken Lounge.

The club in fact comped me and my brothers ticket for the game against Derby about four years back for a few suggestions we made (not a happy day)

Very nice! The staff are excellent, typically Paul Cheesley has some words and if you’re lucky a guest speaker. I once had the privilege of a chat and a photo with Shaun Goater.

Food is nice and a comp Heineken on arrival. Padded seats are nice too

You do get one or two visiting supporters, but they are not allowed in, in colours as you won’t and are told that if they celebrate or make themselves obvious they are in fact breaking the law and maybe removed.

@Wardieold man will have a really nice afternoon

Not much to add to that really. Paul hosts in the Heineken and he is indeed first class. I'm the host in the Lansdown Restaurant which is a much bigger space and a bit trickier when it comes to interviewing guests. We try and make sure everyone has a good day out (apart from the football over which we have no control). There are always former players who are happy to chat from table to table, and we try and have a special guest to interview each week. We had Keith Millen and Leroy Rosenior a couple of weeks ago and Clive Whitehead for the WBA game. There's three different price ranges in the Lansdown as far as food and drink goes, but everyone has the same exposure to the former players and the weekly special guest. It's a really good matchday experience for those that can afford it.

Done a fair few in the old ground and since the refurbishment  , always had a great day Dave L & Paul cheesley are both excellent at what they do. The food in my experience has always been good and the whole day is very good . As for the game itself heads or tails ???..

I have done a few at away grounds and city’s are definitely one of the better ones.

have a great day

If you’re a ST holder, do they deduct a pro rata amount re the game you’ve already paid for?

They used to but I did the Heineken lounge for the Birmingham game and they didn’t.

It May have been due to it being a Black Friday offer when I paid though.

Good day out in the Heineken but the seats aren’t as good a view as my SC seat. The Lansdown is very impressive.

I've done the Heineken a few times and thought it was reasonable value.  Think I paid £108 pp when I took my Godson and his Dad.

Is all the beer, not that I drink anymore, and food  in the price of the ticket for hospitality?
