the ticket office number is closed on Matchday (!) does anyone know the drill for when you've lost or misplaced your ST?

Yes. Match tickets can be printed at the South Stand ticket office for a £5 administration charge. Tickets will only be reprinted on production of the ticket owner’s ID

If you want to save a tenner, I've got a spare season ticket (u22) you can use. Let me know or pm me. Heading to ticket office about 2.20 to collect Cardiff tickets.

I’m sure Cardiff tickets aren’t available to collect until the Wigan game, although you may be in the queue by now!
