However, Mobile telephones are permitted within the Ground, provided that they are used for personal and private use only PROVIDED THAT no audio, visual or audio-visual mateiral captured by a mobile telephone may be published or otherwise made available to any third parties including, without limitation, via social networking sites. They're not the same as when you're walking down the street. You couldn't bring in a video camera and record the game yourself for example. Ok football grounds are deemed as private, I assumed was in public However in public, if somebody is working for an organisation and filming you, you can request a copy under GDPR ie if a police officer / security guard turns on the body camera, they must inform you at the earliest opportunity so you can request a copy if required 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Our interest in O’Brien is likely to continue in the summer.
