Oh dear Spurs, 4-0 down after 18 minutes….

How have a club with such facilities and having been fairly constant top ten Prem finishers be such serial losers

Gonna be double figures at this rate

Kane 100% off now.

Can see Levy doing what he does best though and asking for silly money for him that nobody is going to pay.

The only club that will have the appetite for the deal would be United but I’m not even sure they will want to pay the £100m fee upfront that Levy wants.. Can genuinely see Kane being forced to stay again this summer irrespective of if he wants out or not.

I think the problem Kane has is that yes Levy will want a huge fee. But, Kane is getting older and any club paying out huge money will recognize that there will be little, if any, resale value.

I think personally he does need to move, but who will spend the money.

Yes he needs to move and has probably got 3(?) good seasons at least at a top level club. Good value if you're one of those chasing top trophies every season.

I don’t have a huge amount of sympathy. If he signed a contract that didn’t include a reasonable release fee agreed,  that’s on him.

One for sorrow, Two for joy,

Three for a girl, Four for a boy,

Five for silver, Six for gold,

Seven for a story never to be told.

Eight’s a wish, Nine a kiss,

Ten's a bird you must not miss . . . . .

Magpie !!!

So will it be silver, gold, a story, a wish, a kiss or even the dreaded Magpie !?

I'm reckon it'll be "a wish"

 . . . . and goodbye manager.

Oh when the Spurs, get their arses kicked

Oh when the Spurs get their arses kicked

Their fans wanna be . . .  heading home early

Oh When the Spurs get their arses kicked

Newcastle would be a good home for him.

Won't get a huge fee with one year left. They will have to sell now or get nowt next summer. Man City don't need him, Chelsea no go and spunked tons already, Man Utd trying to keep wages down, Arsenal no chance which leaves the Saudi Toon who can splash the cash. 60 million tops would be my guess.

Chelsea. Need a striker, have the money to spend, he gets to stay in London. Can see it working for all parties.

Chelsea have already maxed out spending, Fifa may well look at their creatve accounting + no Champions league. Has private jet, will travel. I honestly think the toon would be good for him.

Chelsea may (really should) sell quite a few in the summer. I think they'd be in the conversation.

Tbh I'd love Kane to go wherever Potter ends up. I'd like to see what a Potter team with a proper centre forward could do.

And yet they are somehow still 5th and ahead of both Liverpool and Chelsea.

Likely to finish 8th or 9th at this rate. Had an elite manager in charge who exposed the truth (no, he did not help himself but was not wrong). This a club who sacked Jose before a final. Serial winner not good enough for club winning bugger all = farce.

Chelsea and Liverpool have had good success in recent years.

What have Spurs ever achieved? They bottle every opportunity. The clubs a shambles and nothing more than embarrassing. The fact Arsenal have fallen on hard times in recent years and now finding their way back up and already overtaken Spurs yet again says it all.

Hey I’m not defending Spurs and I agree with all of the above. I’m just saying it’s remarkable that despite being consistently poor all season, they are somehow still 5th and ahead of a couple of the big boys.

Yes, I’d imagine Liverpool to come back stronger next season. Chelsea 50:50. But still expect them to get more trophies and success than Spurs will.

Spurs overall mindset and approach is tinpot and toxic. Cosy club (bit like we have been in recent years.)

Yeah

Leave one club who win nothing

for another club who win Jack S##t

Newcastle are on the up and will pick up silverware sooner rather than later.

Kane is hardly going to win back to back PL medals and cups now. But joining Newcastle or Man Utd will increase his chances massively of winning something.

I look at Kane and think what a waste of a career some way. Should have left Tottenham years ago.

A waste of a career? 2nd highest goal scorer in Premier League history, Highest England goal scorer and you think it’s a waste of a career?

He’s stayed loyal to the club he’s been at since a kid. Had he moved 3-4 years ago when linked you would have said only interested in money.

If I was the best player in the world, I would only want to play for Bristol City, I would prefer to play 700 games for us and win nothing than 50 for a premier league team and win a cup.

Not everyone is motivated by jumping ship to win anything.

Absolute rubbish. You play the game for success. You want trophies and silverware where you can. Especially at that level.

If he was so loyal to Tottenham. Why did Kane fail to report to training when Man City and came calling? He wanted to go.

It’s all his own doing as should have never signed a long term deal with Spurs.

2nd highest goal scorer in PL? Could have done that with likes of Man City or another top club with trophies to go with it.

He will run his contract down and will then jump to likes of Man Utd, Chelsea or Newcastle.

Not so much the trophies but you'd stay at Bristol City on £10k or week or go to Barcelona/whenever and earn £300k a week?

So if I ‘was’ the best player in the world you think they would pay Kalas £25k p/w and me £10k?

Id like to think if we signed Messi at 16, had him his whole career he might be the difference to get us to the Prem…
