Rebounder
Was just about to post this. Really sad as that part of the harbour is great to walk around on a nice day.
Loco Rojo
Very sad. Pictures in the Bristol Post this morning which show some of the damage to the underfall yard. Looks like the workshop building is gone but difficult to tell for sure which one it is. So sad. Also looks like some boats were badly damaged as well. Such a shame. Yup, one had to be scuttled, which will cause some disruption to the Harbour.

TonyTonyTony
Been in several of those sheds over the years. Wonderful bits of old machinery , lathes etc. I remember thinking with all the oil about if there ever was a fire it would be unstoppable. Do we know if it was the building with the cafe in? Very sad news

It’s a unique corner of South Bristol. Even the smell of it is (was) amazing.

They end up as ticking time bombs ready to ruin innocent people's lives.
redysteadygo
Had a lovely chat with a lady displaying her items at the North Somerset Arts and Crafts Fayre last week. She has a small forge producing some attractive ware that looks as though it would have been affected. Just hope this does not cause her to big a set back.
