old_eastender
After Everton's (predictable) defeat today, Bournemouth now mathematically safe from relegation - wonder if that means another slug of cash from them as part of the Semenyo deal? pride of the west
Only if he plays a certain amount of minutes or games apparently

Not saying it’s crap, but who knows.
Merrick's Marvels
Gary O'Neil done brilliantly there. Shame it's at a such a tinpot club but there we are. Fair play to him.

Fair play to him. Yep, well done GON. I honestly thought he was going to go down the Sky pundit route (which he was excellent at) but fair play for taking on the challenge and winning against the odds. How long will he get next season though....................................
MrRedRobin
Considering this is Gary O' Neil's first proper management gig he has done exceptional. With the new owners he will have a bit of money to spend this summer and next season they may even push on further.

Surely we’d be aware he was likely to play a bit part role. Wouldn’t surprise me if they look to offload in January. Might get a few bob then too. It would be a very American thing to do .
Street red
Always thought he come across well here not sure Johnson liked him in the dressing room if any truth in that. But a guy with plenty of experience and it will be interesting to see how he does in his first full season.

From what I heard, GON was trying to be the “standards setter” much like James and King are now. The model pro, not settling for second best. One incident was where he was trying to drive up the levels of Bobby Reid who missed two chances at Reading, and got a bit of criticism from GON. Tomlin came in protecting Bobby, telling GON to leave him alone, and it kicked off…arguments not punches. Knowing what Wilbraham said about LJ let Tomlin get away with stuff I suspect GON’s professionalism didn’t get the chance to change players. His injury didn’t help either. I thought he was bloody excellent in the games he was fit. At 33, he had a lot to offer, shame the injuries didn’t allow that.

He was excellent it is a shame injury played a part in his time here,I thought at the time he was a fantastic signing and just what we needed to push us on but as it seems true,to much disruption in the dressing he failed to get his experience across ..One way looking at it Gon was more experienced than Johnson even hot Tomlin.Think he would of thrived here under Pearson and those antics have long gone.
