Roberts showing up well, taking good set pieces and very attacking performance ( according to the Bristol Live journo who's giving a virtual running commentary online)......Good though Cam Pring is I wouldn't be surprised to see Roberts start v PNE. Whoever misses out at LB can count themselves unlucky - 2 very good LB's.

I have just had confirmation that it was Roberts who crossed for Tanner’s goal, which endorses your post.

Don't suppose we know unless anyone at the game but penalty or not do we think?

Nice to see Tanner on the scoresheet fancy he can get  couple of goals this season

Tanner is a great player, seems to go under the radar a little bit with our other young players. Great to have competition for places but was looking forward to watching him again this season.

I dunno. He made a squeal with no one aroud him and didn’t come back out. I’m not as hopeful ?

Same. He certainly picked up an injury of some sort, hopefully it's just a knock type rather than the more serious types

1-1 according to BL Roberts and Williams the stand out players and worrying that Conway went off injured.

Nice to see Steve Cotterill at the game ( managed both clubs with distinction) and embraced by Nige so good to see no negativity towards him ( as was under Ashton).

That's really good news if it's another positive attacking performance from him. His distribution was really impressive against Oxford.

Doing some prep for the games on Saturday, it was quite eye-opening (for someone who doesn't get to see that much of City) to see Jay DaSilva's attacking output last season. I know he wasn't really flavour of the month with NP but it did seem like a lot of chance creation to lose, so if Roberts continues like this then great.

I think Pring will get the nod against Preston because there's no reason to drop him, and he's got the No 3 shirt. But would not be surprised at all to see Roberts get a run and take his chance when he does.
