I usually walk away when it gets to that stage. That’s probably annoying for people wanting a debate with me but I don’t want to have a pointless argument with someone. From an outsider’s pov it can get annoying when you are just reading it as an interesting debate/discussion and then abuse starts flying between posters. I suppose I take every post as supposition not defining fact. I don’t know exactly what is happening but I’m interested in people’s concerns, and some of them are valid.

Yes I understand that, it was meant as something of a joke but obviously not everyone sees it the same. But when I have the rare advantage of having a player telling me what happened to my face, it's doubly annoying to be told by someone here that he "thinks or "feels" something different happened, and receiving "laughing" or "facepalm emojis" for citing them as evidence.

Someone the other day suggested that I put him on ignore, but to me that makes for a strange experience across the forum. Anyway I have put up with some equally, if not more annoying posters over the last 20 years without naming names :cool2:, without resorting to blocking them so I don't see why I should start now. 🙂

I think we have to accept that there are fans  with vehement anti SL and/or pro NP views and who will find fault with any decisions the club/owners/head coach now make, if it helps prove their point.

And who's fault is that, exactly?...

This is nothing like Paul Cheesley. He had one injury which,  with the proper medical treatment available today, could easily have been diagnosed and treated. Instead, City’s medical team devised their own recovery plan. When they belatedly sent him to see a specialist, 3 months later, the specialist told him the training he had been forced to do was the worst thing possible for his injury

I mean that he will never play again!

But i hope i’m wrong!
