He's not listed on the Forest Green squad page on their site, but signed on a season-long loan, and also hasn't played for them in 2024 but did play for our U21s last week. Not been an announcement of a return from the loan, so is he another that's going to get released soon? Shame if so. Seems to have hit a wall in his development. He got sent back from FGR a few months into his loan. Will be gone in the summer, if not before. GrahamC Posted January 20 Report Share Posted January 20 Went on loan to Forest Green in August, started 3 games came on sub in 3 more. By September they had stopped picking him & sent him back. Last season joined Swindon on loan started 5 games, came on a sub in 8 more. He’s not so much hit a wall as a whole bloody house, 2 League Two sides haven’t wanted to keep him on. Needed the proverbial kick up the arse. Hasn't taken numerous chances, has talent, mentally very very weak. Northern Red Posted January 20 Report Share Posted January 20 My mind harks back to when I saw him in a U21 game at Crewe a couple of years ago. Very languid and laid back, and was getting constant cajoling from the coaches in the dugout and Tinnion who was sat a few rows back in the stand, far moreso than any of the others.
