CiderEagle
I've had a really poo day at work and the title of this thread made me grin like a ######! Best news I've heard in ages.I remember John Tyndall and the National Front from my days living in London as a woosy Asian teenager in a largely white area, and the crap I had to go through because of those cnuts was unbelievable. They were being discussed as a viable alternative government, lots of media time and they could say what the ##### they wanted, this being before the Race Relations Act ... at my school, we had a mock election around the time of one of the 1974 general elections and the National Front WON, that's how serious it was in London. So, while I accept the view that you should not wish anybody dead or rejoice in the death of another human being, I think I will make an exception in this case. One less piece of racist scum in the world. I'm off to get (I said a naughty word).

Matty H
You can tell the kids are on tonight - the very fact that the BNP exist - despite the fact that the majority of people (myself included) despise their political ideals - shows that democracy is alive and well in this country (despite Tony Blair).Despising a person because of their beliefs and being glad they are dead is just one step away from a Mugabe or Ayatollah type regime.Thatcher, despite her odd faults (meglomania?) took brave (if unpopular) decisions which have led to the strong economy we now have (and which Blair has stolen the credit for - lying git) - forget the Spitting Image character assination and check the real history. Now, off to bed kiddiwinks, its school tomorrow!←Superb post. Her Tory predecessor Edward Heath was a prize twerp taking the UK into the EEC on such poor terms and conditions. Their new Labour successor - Tory Blair - is nothing but a plutocratic war-mongering cad. Thatcher, Heath and Blair all share the same bloody minded undemocratic trait that leads to disaster. Against the wishes of the vast majority Thatcher created over 4 million unemployed, Heath took us into the EEC and Blair led us into an illegal war in Iraq.Whatever happened to our tradition of producing great thought provoking politicians and orators like Winston Churchill, Aneurin Bevan, Enoch Powell and our still living but ageing Wedgwood Benn
