England
It'll take a helluva lot of pardoning to match the sum total of your ignorance, but I'll do my best. I was never going to the summit of Everest itself.I trekked almost to the peak of Kalla Pattar So why call it your Everest trek and not a stroll through the Himalayan lowlands? It was a real adventure, and the most physically demanding thing I've ever done, or would ever want to do. I've raised over £4000 for Scope but would welcome more donations. http://www.justgiving.com/davidlloydeverestFrom one who struggles to get upstairs or 200yds to the local shops I envy you and will log on to make a donation as soon as I am able.Good to see City doing so well while I've been away. Only caught up with the scores on Sunday. It's a bit tough to get the results up in the Himalayas. Here in Bristle they got they new fangled things called mobiles/satellite phones

Nibor
I doubt the signal is great on a mobile in the Himalayas.Satellite phones cost more than Dave raised in charity.
