Guest SarahB
Brooker and Showunmi are quite right, get the game won and celebrate at the end. All this celebrating and stuff is childish nonsense that should have been left on the U11 mini pitch. Grown men sliding into corner flags like some demi-gods or rocking the baby etc etc.Did you see Moyes doing his absolute nut when Johnson was celebrating his equaliser against Reading in the 80odd minute. Jesus what a dipstick - celebrating a goal for 2 minutes when you have about 5 minutes left to grab a winner!!Yeah i did see, that first off i wondered what the hell Moyes was throwing himself around for then i realised what it was. Yeah how dim on Johnson's part especially in a home fixture.

OmegaSnake
I can't believe my eyes - Brooker's reaction to Jevons was unbelievable. Did anyone else see it?I thought the rumors about the prison incident were a load of ###### b***ocks - but watching it yesterday I'm starting to think there's got to be something in it.I thought GJ's plan was to stamp this sort of stuff out - but the way they put it on display yesterday I can't ###### believe.Johnson - SORT IT OUT! I didn't notice him doing what you say (mainly because i was to busy celebrating the goal, to notice player reaction) But if it did happen, i doubt very much it was because he had a problem with jevo scoring it. He was probably just dissapointed because he didnt score himself, bearing in mind he had 2 good chances before he had that shot blocked. Not to mention the crossbar/post he hit when williams scored. But I'm pretty sure jevons celebrated with brookers contribution to the goal when williams score. So i don't see any problems between the two. Brooker deffinately deserved a goal in that hame though, should of done better with his first chance but I'm sure he will bury them when he gets more games under his belt. seesaw
Who Brooker? He did celebrate his goal against Coventry. There is evidence of this in Tranmere's programme incase you missed it at the match.Spot on Rodders, all our little lot were surprise at his lack of celebration against Coventry, Sarah you were probably to busy wetting yourself to notice anything! NiceRed
Like a couple of people have mentioned above, I don't really care whether some of the players don't get on off the field. At least they won't be going out drinking with each other...Cole and Sheringham helped Man Utd win the treble despite not talking. Apparently the Chelsea squad is split into 2 or more different groups who don't socialise or really talk to each other. Going back to another point though, I would say Brooker is one of the least selfish strikers I have seen. I'm glad however that he gets pi$sed off when he doesn't score - shows ambition. We had just drawn level he was hardly going to go mental was he. GJ apparantly likes them to get on with it so that is what he was doing. He did celebrate the goal though just didn't go over the top thats all.
