Play him on the left wing, surely?
right wing! He's already proved himself on the left so that would be pointless!

Henry V, Edward III and co believed they were French kings as well as English. Most of France was English at one time, which makes it a pity they won the damned 116 year war. They'd be civilised by now if we had won, and they'd be beating us at cricket and they could of course make DECENT TEA.

But to the subject matter; Wilson would buy Henry and then use him as a sub on the left wing to supply crosses for Peacock or to chase after Joe Burnell's misdirected forward passes.

William the Conqueror was French. The coat of arms for the UK bears the legend "Dieu et Mon Droit".

We are all ruled by a bunch of French illuminati shape-changing lizard n0bs.

But their first language is English and their individual country's have a British colonial history - unlike the French (ignoring Henry V of course)
Since when has the 1st language of the tridadad people been english? Accually since when was english the 1st language of the ozzies (not the convicts).

Going back up a bit; William the Conqueror wasn't French; he was a French-speaking Norman, a descendant of the Vikings. It would be a bit like calling a Scot an Englishman; the language is the same but ethnically very different.

Which is why the first lot of kings after 1066 were called Anglo-Norman, NOT Anglo-French. Dickie the First (the Lionheart) detested England and spoke only French, lived in France, bonked in France, slaughtered people in the Holy Land. He was more French than most, but after that the kings became more and more English. Then we had James I who was Scottish; Billy Jaffa (William of Orange) who was Dutch and the Georges who were Hannoverians. Vicky was German too.

Brits ruled by Germans. A bit like the EU these days, eh?

if DW signed Henry, the only chance Henry would see the pitch is when he was sowing new grass seeds before the season starts with the groundsmen!!!!!!!

DW would either keep brining him on as an 89th minute sub, and despite him scoring a hat-trick in that one minute, insist that he was "not ready".

OR

He would transfer list him for years, forget he existed, then play him up front for 1 game, when he does well there, move him into goal for a couple of games. Then decide that his last 2 performances clearly show he is not up to it and so sell him to Barnet.

mmm
