Take the booing of the half-time 'kids' with a pinch of salt mate. its only a bit of banter and hardly going to scar them for life. As for being scum......well your spot on there. the_real_city
having my tea actually mate. and how have i made a fool of myself? Ive seen posts on here last few days saying a win against cardiff was a foregone conclusion. Anyways lets turn this into football.. Anyone who went today have any comments? From your side, You reminded me of Reading when they went up. Okay you are nowhere near their standard of football at the time, but your team is very similar in terms of energy and enthusiasm and occassional flair. You like to break and have good pace on the wings. also i think his name is Carle? he did a good job in midfield closing down mcphail who, if has space, is capable of unlocking defences at the touch of a button. adebola was his usual powerful self, holding up play and allowing the wings to come into it. Trundle seemd like the occasion got to him, but stil a threat when he had the ball as you felt he could possibly do something which cardiff fans wouldve had nightmares about last night. the_real_city
The reason I returned to this forum with the point of your fans' behaviour today was mainly due to the fact that your comments at Cardiff centre on us being associated with hooliganism, scum, and etc. What I witnessed today was hypocritical. and your generalisations of Cardiff fans could be seen mirrored at yourselves. Your sayin i dnt "give a flying duck" about a woman getting hit with a coin. I havent said that, and have stated that this is wrong. so why are you continuing on about it. As for booing the kids. that was even more juvenile than the kids you were booing. Ive nt known any other fans boo kids, even in fierce games. Ive been supporting us away for a number of years now and we always clap other teams kids at half time whether it be after a kickabout or a crossbar challenge. This incident, as well as an adult bristol fan hitting a teenager, is quite worrying.
daisybcfc
Your sayin i dnt "give a flying duck" about a woman getting hit with a coin. I havent said that, and have stated that this is wrong. so why are you continuing on about it. As for booing the kids. that was even more juvenile than the kids you were booing. Ive nt known any other fans boo kids, even in fierce games. Ive been supporting us away for a number of years now and we always clap other teams kids at half time whether it be after a kickabout or a crossbar challenge. This incident, as well as an adult bristol fan hitting a teenager, is quite worrying. to use your words... why would i comment about something that has nothing to do with me? i hope the kid didnt get hit TOO hard... think about what you're saying! you seem the most hypocritical man alive! also saying you hope that a female supporter didnt get hit TOO hard does show you don't give a ###### read what you have written on here today and try and be objective and realise you're talking bull. rayer
Unfortunately every club has the mindless few. City included. The average decent football fan cannot be tarnished with the same brush as the thugs. 'the real city poster' obviously didnt throw coins or cause fights, those idiots are prob in a fight in a pub somewhere. So we shouldnt really go pointing fingers and giving him all the blame. Even he would admit that he has some d1ckheads at his ground, like we do with ours, like every other club. It a situation that will never be under control.
