Maybe because they know that if they play out of their skin they probably won't make the 18 for the next game and conversely if they play shite there's a good chance they will if their face fits. It's the backroom staff as well,goalkeeping coach,defensive coach and fitness coach.We are an absolute shambles and LJ is just the tip of the iceberg.
