So of the possible 15 or 16 home Saturday 3pm k/os, plus opening day or final day, I reckon 7 or 8 could move (light blue box on right).  To when, I don’t know.

Now, if those 7 or 8 contain Swansea, Cardiff and Bears movements, it might not feel too bad.

The annoying thing is the lack of “explainer” by club / EFL.  Fans are buying season tickets with a big unknown.

For me it makes little difference, I quite like Friday night, or Saturday lunchtime, but for others (work, kids matches, etc) it could be a real deal breaker.

I must admit I do like Friday evening kickoffs a good way of ending the week, only downside if you loose it ruins your weekend

How & why people go and watch England friendlies at Wembley I don’t know , would love to know how much it would cost just to travel from Bristol , pay for parking tube in from parking , couple of pints , bit of food , ticket for game etc etc to watch an exhibition game , I understand why people do it but not for me thanks

    CAPS is one big reason

'Tourists' is not a term used to describe the type of fan that you are. A tourist is someone (Japanese / American) who has no affiliation to a club but is quite happy to pay £100 plus for a ticket to a Premier League game and then spend double that in the club shop. There are 1000's of such people who are classed as this which is why Premier League clubs (Spurs and Liverpool lately) restrict season ticket sales. Long term they make far more money from the 'tourists' than they do Season ticket holders who get a reduced price seat and buy a beer in their local before entering the ground.

I know Liverpool season tickets holders who have had them for over 30 years

they openly admit Liverpool don’t want fans like them that spend absolutely nothing in the ground

I hope your right sticks , like I say he’s pretty switched on and sits with the high ranking in Oxford , more than just a fan I think , keeping cards close to his chest

Always enjoyed talking to fans of various clubs when travelling with England on how they view Bristol city and how they see things . Enjoy your holiday the weather is **** here

First time in many years I have hardly any interest in the game , 2 tepid performances which we could / should have won and we would be all right up for todays game and probably on the cusp of pushing into the top 6 , being sat on a beach in the Maldives 🇲🇻 with yet another nice cold beer to soften yet another poor performance ( let’s hope we’re all shocked ) and we put a shift in .

on another note have met a Oxford season ticket holder here who is a pretty switched on he is convinced once manning has the right players here he will be a success , ummm let’s see I said , I really don’t know what to expect any more I think this season there has been more false dawns than ever

I think sometimes fans from other teams especially a season ticket holder that goes see things in a different light and not blinked so hopefully he’s correct
