Steve Lansdown said sometime after the redevelopment that the corners can be filled in.
I’m no architect but surely for that to happen you would need some major work on the old stand to tie it all in

We were drinking in a little boozer on Hotwells road (opposite the mardyke ) not there any more , our Sunday team use to drink in there when we were that side of town obviously worked out perfectly that day think we played up Whitchurch that morning , at about 1o clock a huge forest escourt walked pass the pub not realising it was a pub I don’t think there was hundreds of them no old bill either , we had a few in there who could and still can look after themselves but there was about 20 of us and had to be 300-400 of them and all proper lads . Not often I come unstuck at Ashton but was very close that day very close
A year later Chelsea come down in force and that was quite a day ….

1,300 away fans. Absolutely massive. Truly.
Not bad considering how far it is and just after Christmas . Yes I know we have shifted 9000 tomorrow but closer and a more attractive tie

I've been in the safe standing a couple of times at Cardiff with my 11 year old boy with no issues, and I'm sure the rake at the London Stadium is steeper.
We're in the rail seats on Sunday too.
edit- if a giant is in front of you then your son can stand on his seat, I presume they won't be locked upright.
Have a good day mate

I have a lot of respect for Millwall fans ( I know they have the naughty element , like most clubs mind ) but they are local people supporting there local club bit like Birmingham got a lot of respect for there older fans aswell local supporters supporting there local club
Unlike Dave from Cornwall who’s a massive Liverpool fan but never stepped foot in anfield

If they have flown over from ozz im sure a couple of match tickets are peanuts to what the flights cost and surely would you not all want to be sat together?

I think that’s probably fair. For all the stick he gets, Fleetwood were an odd fit - pretty much the smallest club at that level and success at this point in time would be being just outside the relegation zone. There wasn’t any opportunity to progress and the sack was a case of when as opposed to if. Whether people like him or dislike him, it was a marked step down from us, Sunderland or Hibs and I can’t help but think he’d have been better served taking time out post Hibs to recharge and analyse why it goes wrong in a consistent way for him. As it is, he’s probably done at above L2 level now.
No axe to grind with him, no smartearse comments. Just appears he’s made a bad choice and shot himself in the foot.
Not got a clue who are but an absolutely brilliant poster …. Up there with ole for his match day report and spread sheet Dave (fes)

Is this the first time we have played on consecutive Fridays since that great week back in 2001 when we beat Millwall then the week after we went to Reading and turned them over.
That week had everything, goals, drama and scraping galore.
That was the Friday Millwall come down in force after what happened up there if memory serves me .
didn’t they smash up a pub on the way from temple meads ?

As a 'new' poster you may not be aware of this but around the time NP was sacked, we were infiltrated by employees of Bristol Sport. A lot of them had red in their names I believe. Their posts was exactly like all of your posts have been. Pro Lansdown, anti NP and pro Liam Manning.
I’m going to give you £5 as a late Christmas gift so you can be a OTIB supporter
merry Christmas you tight git

As someone said at the weekend we only lost by 1 goal at leeds, Southampton andLeicester away which must give you some encouragement and now 3 wins on the bounce gives reason to be optimistic

Totally agree. I've a lot of time for Ipswich but the slippery car salesman, I can't stand him!
To have accumulated 52 points on there first season back so far is pretty good going but like some previous poster have said got some big games coming up

Tough to call between this and Christian Roberts's goal against Hartlepool which is my personal best memory of being at the gate!
At that point in time we were playing such exciting football, I backed us against anyone! Shame that in 6 years (on the pitch) we are no further forward, in fact we have actually regressed!
I swear I ended up in a different stand after Roberts goal

Managed to get a ticket for the England v Denmark game in Frankfurt. Fantastic.
Booked flights with Lufthansa from Bristol to Frankfurt direct. Lovely.
Lufthansa email me this morning to say both flights have been cancelled!!
What a bunch of *****, and what possible explanation can there be for cancelling flights to Germany during a major football tournament?
Don't know if others have experienced similar, or if there is an explanation? @Blagdon red
Bit stuck now as other options are going to result in more expense and taking three days leave, which I don't really have.
I’m flying via Dublin on the day off the game 6.00 out of Bristol to Dublin then 9.00 to Frankfurt coming back on the Saturday direct to Bristol £170
