For football we can only issue 3414 that's the capacity set by SAG (Safety Advisory Group) based on their annual inspection.

Thanks for the message, no they aren't ordering physical season cards anymore I'm afraid.

We've had a request from the widow of the late Rovers goalkeeper Malcolm Norman who played in this game to see if any supporters have a copy of the matchday programme as it is one of only 3 programmes the family don't have to complete his archive. Drop me a message if anyone has a copy and I can let his family know.

If it's full how are the club and I quote the main site:
"We have made a number of changes to try and increase matchday attendance, particularly in the South Stand by capping the number of Season Tickets to enable more match tickets to be made available here.”
It seems they are doing this by massively increasing prices for under 12s in the SS to encourage people to move to the extended the Family Area in the Upper Lansdown Stand??
Any seats that aren't renewed won't be made available to buy as Season Tickets and will be made available on a game by game basis.

Jerry - as you’re here can you please ask as part of the renewals that the club illustrate the likely impact of the new TV deal on timings of games. A lot of supporters not on here won’t be aware that the expectations of Saturday 3pm will be in jeopardy and it’s really unfair to ask supporters to renew without giving them full details of the possible impact. In fact, it may even be argued as being against fair sale processes.
I'll see what info we have been given at this point.

Thanks for the message, anyone with seasonal parking will get an email by the end of the week with parking info. As the game is on BBC this will make a difference to availability to be honest but we will let you all know what's happening.
Thanks again Jerry

Sorry to hear about the issues. Can you confirm the exact location you were waiting for the bus? First Bus’ vehicle trackers show an AG1 departed at 1254 and the 1pm (final departure) appears to have been in-situ however departed without passengers. We’ll take all the information to First Bus and try to find out why yourself and the other waiting fans weren’t able to locate or board the bus.
Thanks Jerry

Thanks for the message, I'll follow this up with my colleague Pete who deals with First Bus and find out what happened.

We have been allocated a limited amount of parking spaces for supporters with an ambulant disability and/or wheelchair users for our trip to Watford on Boxing Day located at Laurence Haines School (WD18 01DD) priced at £12 per space with a shuttle bus service operating between the school and stadium. Anyone wishing to purchase please call 0117 9630 600 or drop me an email slo@bcfc.co.uk

I'm afraid literally every available space is sold out and we have 5 people on the waiting list in case anyone drops out.

Hi Steve
There's no reason at all to be honest but we think it's nice for us to come out of Ashton Gate and be in our local community.
Thanks Jerry

Have you got a specific question I can help you with? I spent yesterday dealing with fan messages & issues resulting from the Cardiff game on Saturday.

If you let me know your supporter ID via email slo@bcfc.co.uk I can get this amended on the ticket system and make a note on the stewards list that you are allowed to travel on your own to QPR.

Yes we have been looking for a venue as we thought it would be good to go somewhere other than the Hen & Chicken but most venues aren't really big enough to be honest.
We were due to have a meeting yesterday but this changed. We will 100% be having a fans forum as soon as we can get a date and venue sorted

Any Robins TV queries need to be email to bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com. You are more than welcome to copy me in slo@bcfc.co.uk and I can forward on to our contact with them but it's not something any of us in Supporter Services can help with initially with technical problems.
Thanks Jerry

It is if you book on the phones. Booking fee is £1.25 per ticket if you buy online.
Thanks Jerry

We've requested ticket prices and allocations details from them. We should get just under 3000 I believe. We will post details of sale dates etc and prices at least 48 hours before the sales start.
Thanks Jerry

The maximum we would be allowed to give to a visiting team would be 3414. That would be depending on getting permission for the correct authorities.

Transferring tickets - 3 hour cutoff before the game
in SLO Q&A

We were advised by our ticketing provider that there needs to be the cut off. I think this is because potentially tickets transferred after this time will work as well as the forwarded ticket meaning potential double entry.
Thanks Jerry
