  1. Potentially there will be at a later date at the HPC, we are also planning dressing room tours of Ashton Gate during August keep an eye on the website in a couple of weeks for more details as there will be a greater capacity on these tours.

  2. If any of you would like Stoke tickets reserved which you could collect and pay via chip and pin at the ticket office when you come down to the Peterborough game drop me an email slo@bcfc.co.uk

Appreciate how frustrating it is for supporters when they can't buy I know colleagues in the finance teams throughout the Bristol Sport Group are in constant conversations with Worldpay about the problem and we have been told that the issue will be rectified in time for Monday.  Only time will tell.

  3. Thanks for the message , apologies for the delay in replying.  I asked the question of my colleague who deal with the transport, parking etc at Ashton Gate and here's the reply.

As you may be aware First Bus operate these services with a subsidy from the club. Unfortunately First Bus were keen not to operate the service which had not made a profit on any game for over two and a half-years before the Covid-19 pandemic and at one league game in 2019 took just £17 of revenue.

Following the Covid-19 pandemic First Bus have had numerous pressures finding the vehicles and staff to operate matchday bus services and opted to consolidate the services by continuing to operate the AG1 Portway Park & Ride service and AG2 Brislington Park & Ride service as well as a new AG3 service from Temple Meads, Broadmead and the city centre. The AG3 is designed to connect people from across Bristol who can use the public bus network to travel into the centre where they can join the AG3 to Ashton Gate without paying for additional tickets – the route connects with the maximum number of public bus services possible. Unfortunately it’s not possible to operate matchday bus services from all neighbourhoods across the city.

The matchday bus services remain under constant review and all feedback is considered when planning future services.

  4. Thanks for the message, great content.  I've got a meeting this Thursday at the HPC with our club secretary and Richard Gould and will bring this subject up.  Can't disagree with you on your points tbh but will mention that for all our away games are we have to follow the home clubs sales guide.  eg for WBA they sent us 6 blocks of tickets each was marked sell 1st, Sell 2nd etc and each block had to be sold from the back to the front so if you bought early you would be at the back.

Saying that we were always going to sell out and those sort of instructions would be more relevant if it wasn't going to be an away sell out.  I know my predecessor Matt Parsons was very keen on some of your ideas but didn't get anywhere with his suggestions.  I'll see what Richard & Sophie think this week and feed back to you anything constructive we can come up with.

  5. Hi, Thanks for the message I hope you're feeling better.  We can't refund the Robins TV money as that's not a system we have access to, it's all dealt with by a 3rd party but what I can do is add £10.00 to your Bristol City rewards to spend in the club Shop.  If you would like me to do that let me have your supporter ID number and I'll get the £10.00 added.

  6. Morning, this is the reply we had from first when asking the question.

“The FirstDay ticket IS accepted on the AG1, AG2 and AG3 services. Drivers know to accept these but First Bus will reinforce this training to staff.

The matchday ticket on the app was taken off but has appeared again for some reason. Thanks for spotting this – First will again attempt to remove this.

All the pricing and ticket information on www.bcfc.co.uk/travel is correct.”

  7. Morning, Robins TV what do I say.

Did you report it to them during the game via the bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com email address, would be the first question?  . Ive made a screenshot of your message and sent to my colleagues in the media team and that's also the first question they've asked me to check as well.

Can you confirm how long it was down and if it was ok for the Luton game?  J
