  1. Merging points/accounts is not something we're able to do. This is due to a number of reasons but we want to ensure that the Rewards progamme is fair for everyone involved. By collating points into a single account, this could lead to some fans being priced out of the scheme - as some fans could be collating more points per match. We also want to ensure fans are awarded for their individual behaviour, rather than points being rewarded for group actions. 

    Your children will need their own Bristol Sport Club Account to access their My City Rewards account. If you need any help with this, please email rewards@bristol-sport.co.uk

  2. My Rewards currently doesn't allow postcodes outside of the UK, this is something the team are looking to develop. For now, please use the Ashton Gate Stadium postcode (BS3 2EJ) or the UK address of a family member or friend. If you were to redeem an item with your points, please get in touch with rewards@bristol-sport.co.uk and make us aware of your US postcode. We will then send it to you there.

    The reason that we haven't reserved ST holders for Swansea & West Brom is due to the whole stadium not being open. The Upper Lansdown is closedso ST holders in there wouldn't be able to have a seat reserved whilst all other season ticket holders would and we wanted to start the sales period with a level playing field. However we gave ST holders  a day to purchase any seat in the Lower bowl they liked.  Say we beat WBA and got a plum home 5th round tie then we would def reserve all ST holders seats for a specific period.

    Thanks for the message, I contacted the shop and they've come back saying

    'We are contacting our Website and Till support team to clarify this, as it doesn’t seem to be working as it should. We also cannot find the initial contact point, so please could you just let them know that we are looking into it, and to contact us on shop@bristol-sport.co.uk with their contact details so that we can update them when we have more information?'

    There isn't a lift on the coach I'm afraid, as for the scooter one of the ladies who travels regularly brings hers and it fits underneath in the coach lockers.   Shall I give you a call and we can see what we can sort ?

Thanks for the message, we will always offer a free option for supporters to collect tickets for away games from either our club shop or at the away teams stadium so they are covered with a free postage option regardless of where they live.  Home tickets are always available free as they are now emailed.  Postage hasn't been increased in my time working for City and the cost of a first class stamp is now 95p, factor in the price of postal collections from us and the cost of the franking service etc it was decided to increase our charge.

  8. Thanks for the message, we have several events planned throughout the season and whilst nothing has been confirmed I would suggest this will be on the agenda after the success we had with the one last season.
