  1. Hi Paul

Here's the reply I received looks like it's the EFL regulations

“The way the rights agreements work splits them in to Live and Delayed. In terms of delayed, it can only be post-holdback. That’s why a user in Oz could only watch it at the point that is made available (circa midnight in the UK).”

The full game (including the build-up show) is published after the hold-back time (as media have noted below). Ie. Full game for Preston is here from Sunday morning:

    https://www.bcfc.co.uk/video/full-games/full-90-bristol-city-1-1-preston-north-end/

     Hope this makes sense.

    Cheers Jerry

  2. They are awaiting more cards to arrive and they should be in and distributed in time for the Birmingham game, let me know if you haven't received yours by Thursday 17th August and I can sort an alternative for entry to that fixture for you.

    Hi Jerry

I have an adult ticket and a junior ticket I want to forward. Every time I try to forward either to my brother who is on my account your system throws an error saying

At least one Junior Price Type must be selected in this Area.

Blocking me from forwarding either. There is clearly a bug. Can you get someone to look at it.

IF THEY NEED my Bristol sport ticketing account to test the issue let me know!?

I think this is because it's in the family area.  You'd need to speak to one of us.  I can call you if you like.  Cheers Jerry

Didn’t want to post a new thread but does anyone know how to get hold of @JerrySLO on Twitter?

To add specifically to this thread I want to say that despite being lovely to see and engage with the players, the organisation was shambolic. I don’t see how they can say they didn’t know this many would turn up. They know how many season tickets were sold (plus there were some that entered without having season tickets ?!) and it’s school holidays. They didn’t have a plan before and plans changed throughout which was the most frustrating. I was told to do one thing then after 20 minutes of no movement, told to do something else. The events staff were more concerned with greeting and hugging  each other rather than dealing with the task in hand (appreciate another comment which says about pay they may be on but they should still have personal pride). There was also disconnect between events staff and stewards/H&S.

I was there 3.5 hours and managed to see most of the players who attended. Thanks to those players who stayed on.

Thanks for this post we have a debrief meeting on the Event scheduled and I've copied this message and forwarded it to all the attendees.

@JerrySLO I see you’ve appeared online in recent days. I’m sure you’ve seen all the feedback on the merchandise, website and todays event.
Is this being fed back to the club? What is the clubs response? Can you do a bit of liaising with supporters please?

100% everything gets fed back.. We have a meeting today with representatives of the SC&T with our CEO Phil, Head of Media Dave Barton and myself to chat through issues being raised on all social media platforms.

  6. Hi Steve,  After chatting with my colleagues in our retail team I've been advised that due to a number of factors, we have had to up the minimum spend for free postage on the site; this has been in place for a few months. We have seen increases on supply and trading costs across the board and have had to subsidise this with an increase. We cross referenced other clubs across our three leagues and £100.00 minimum seems liable.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. As you stated, we do offer a click and collect service (free of charge) and have the stadium store open for the following hours: Wednesday – Saturday 9-4

  7. Thanks for the message, I've spoken to the stadium management and they have advised there's no current plans to move the camera position and the camera work (4 cameras) are all positioned and chosen by the EFL.

I hear where you're coming from as when I see the goals on Sky Sports news the positioning is very high.

    Cheers Jerry
