Tim Paine has fallen on his (pork) sword!

Not the kind of thing the Aussies will want just before the Ashes but may end up working in their favour as it will mean they can select someone based on ability now.

Just to point out that the woman in question has scored as many test centuries as Tim Paine, zero.

I’d have had him in the England team by now. Deserves a chance and he’s an extra option with the ball

If Stokes was doubtful I'd certain consider him an option.

No doubt he'll be rostered on to doing Water duty with Leach & Craig.

Has the Essex groundsman got a job for India over the winter months?

Well the last of the five test matches between OZ and us Pomms is in Perth. Can not buy tickets though as the venue maybe called off due to the restrict WA travel boarders with other states.

Those of which may of visited OZ years back and attended the WACA ground that ground is gone and dusted. Google Optus Stadium and the pub called the 'shag bar" Perth over looking the Swan river. There is still memoribala around the bar from the barmy army

Yes seems to be some doubt about the fifth test.   Wonder what the situation would be if Eng we’re heading into it 1-0 up however unrealistic that might be

They've done exactly what they did when England were there earlier in the winter. Didn't win the first Test so they ensure there'll be no repeat by preparing dustbowls that last 3 days for the rest of the series.

The joy of being at home for a test series

India = dust bowls

Aussies = Hard and Fast

Englang/Nz = Green

Any home team should get a pitch that helps them most
