8 pts off relegation, 18 to play, 8 of those teams are below them currently in 13th.
Can't see them going down but I hope Peterborough don't forget their away kit for last home game

They’re talking about giving Oxford more blocks on Saturday just so they can fill the stand….the stand THEY said they needed to accommodate THEIR ‘huge’ fanbase
The gift.
Not long ago they were demanding a 27,001 seater stadium at the Fruit Market

Do you think? Are you reporting we have an unannounced loan back deal and he is still registered with the FA as an Aldershot player?
It's probably not announced as I guess he's not had the time to get to Bristol to do the photos etc and was prepping for this weekends game.

Many years back we used to sing a song - “You’re so loud you sound like Aldershot!”.
I always knew that one day Aldershot would come up with the goods & no doubt they will reach the Premier League before us!!
Have we ever bought a player from Aldershot before??
Can't think of one.
Gone the other way - Brian Tinnion and Cam Pring went there on loan.

Jeez, Ian !!!!! asked what he thought of Max's save and spent 5 minutes talking about the goals we conceded at Preston. I thought I was listening to the wrong pod for a while.
IAN PLEASE CAN WE STOP GOING DOWN MEMORY LANE.

The agreement does not include an option to buy, as was the case with Taylor Gardner-Hickman's loan from West Brom, but there is a confidence that if the 24-year-old proves a success a more long-term resolution can be reached, albeit with the security such a clause would provide.
from bristol post, hopefully we have atleast a gentleman's agreement over price.
Condensend Version:
SL wants to see how he fits in for rest of the season before contemplating cracking into that nest egg and reaching deep into the yolk for circa £5m.

It does seem strange but we do not know the reasons for this loan.
It does smell of desperation, missed out on Azaz, next best Scott Twine... Scott is too expensive, oh shoot, let's just get him on loan then. But we don't know.

I can get my head around a loan.
I can’t get my head around a loan with an option to buy at £5m. I guess if it was £2.5m I could understand that, you give yourself some assurance that if he does well you’ve proven his ability ready for next season. But £5m is just too much. I guess Burnley covering themselves if they come straight down.
A funny one for me. Hey ho.
Do you think there could be an option scenario like below?
Loan with Option to buy:
At say £5m if Burnley are relegated.
At say £2.5m if Burnley remain in the Premier League.

This is the original short film, watched it a few years ago and preferred it to the more recent full film.

Bristols own IDLES have a home gig gap in this years wold tour, so I'm hoping this is it.
Would like it to be more local connected bands, but doubt it will.

If we all agreed with each others views, it would be a boring podcast.
To make it more valuable, Ian does need to be challenged on certain occasions by the rest of the podders, (without having a slamming match and accepting others opinions in a debate format).
Keep listening
Ian does not help himself as he comes across like a bit of a ‘nasty man’… like his comment in response to a text comment ‘because I speak to highly intelligent people’ haha, what a ****.

I watched it but didn't really take in what he was saying, I spent about 10 minutes just looking at his hair, it was more interesting.

Top six I tell you, top six.
But top six at what? Giving poor goals away, failing to take chances, etc etc
Lose this game and we're looking at trying to avoid the bottom six.
