  1. Brooker at Blackpool Goodfellow at Notts County Rougier at Barnsley
  2. Very sad, can remember him playing for Oxford on opening day around 1999? Think him and Mickey Bell had a little scuffle at some point in that game
  3. If we had a fully fit squad what would be your starting team? I would go Bentley Kalas Klose Atkinson Tanner Massengo Williams Dasilva Scott Semenyo Weimann
  4. Almost certainly me being thick....Bobby Robson is one but whose the other?
  5. No doubt they'll have it up and running in the 85th minute and thank everybody for their patience
  6. Youu can log in to the Sky Sports app with your Virgin Media details and watch it.
  7. They are aware of it their Twitter feed is taking a battering from the various Championship teams fans tonight!
  8. Would be nice to see him in their World Cup squad if they can win their play-off match
  9. Tinnions 500th game at Notts County wad a good one as well, is still can't believe that team never got promoted.
  10. Hartlepool missing from the list, probably doesn;t quite top the United game for me but certainly in the discussion
  11. Not sure about that, there would be a massive outcry if any club attempted to sign him, club sponsors would have a big issue with it as well as the supporters.
  12. I really hope Reading stick with their manager as they might the ones to cop a big hiding a week Wednesday.
  13. Him moving central is the biggest factor I think and he appears much more confident too. He is developing quite quickly at the moment, by the time next season comes round (if he is still here) he could be ready for a real breakout season I.e. 20 goals
  14. There are wrong un's in all walks of life, not sure I buy that it is an inherent problem football has. Whatever the punishment is for the crime he has committed should be applied to him fully
  15. Brownhill was very good at that sort of age too but HNM is ahead of him as a 20 year old for me. So much potential for this lad, could see him playing for France one day.
  16. I love it!! It does feel like something is starting to build and performances have improved significantly, I can't remember ever being this far down the league table yet so optimistic. We now have a proper structure to the team and style of play with players that are committed to the cause and put the effort in.
  17. Is he?? Not seen that anywhere, was hoping we would see James, Williams and Massengo together at some point.
  18. As CEO he would have presumably have been involved in everything I.e. links to the local football sides that spotted Semenyo. Scott is probably more down to the Lansdown/Guernsey relationship I suppose but Pring came from FGR. I know he's the spawn of Satan to many on here but he can't only be responsible for the bad and none of the good
  19. In fairness to Ashton the likes of Massengo, Semenyo and Scott were brought in on his watch, not saying he was solely responsible for them but we do have a lot of saleable assets again now that we have a proper manager in place. Completely agree with everything else you say though.
  20. Disappointed with the result but not the performance, some real building blocks on place for next season with Pring, Scott, Semenyo and Massengo all playing well. Moved the ball pretty well in periods too, if we cam get the likes of Wells and Palmer off the books this week and bring in a CB that should be enough to see us safely in mid table this season before the next phase of the rebuild in the summer.
  21. Playing some good stuff, the movement is very good and not being bullied by Luton who have some big old units in their side
  22. https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11714/12524780/grant-mccann-hull-city-manager-to-be-sacked-today-following-takeover-by-turkish-businessman-acun-ilicali Strange decision
  23. Now shown on there, they must have waited for the OTIB thread to appear before confirming it!
