Atrocious fan made video with overdramatised music but the commentary is there!

Love him or hate him, wholesome moment getting to hear Robbie Savage commentate whilst his son makes his debut for Manchester United just now! Must be a the peak of proud dad moments.

The penny seems to be dropping for a depressingly small amount of them though! -
Plus, speaking as a "woke millenial", we absolutely do not give a toss about swearing.

Now James is fit can we get rid of Bakinson
redsince1994 replied to Better Red's topic in Football Chat
Aaaand once again your logic is flawed, and you are presenting opinion as fact. The vast majority of replies defending Bakinson acknowledge his clear deficiencies and that he probably isn't first choice when everyone is fit. If he is dropped, that won't magically make your diatribe on him correct, just that we have better midfielders at the club. You are also stating as fact he will be leaving to go to a league one club. Possible? Yes. But you cannot use hypotheical situations as an absolute to criticise. You clearly have made up your mind, as your original post seemed to have very little to do with his performance against Derby. -

What love in? He is consistently singled out for performances no worse than other players. Even people like myself defending him are saying how frustrating he is, just that he might be worth sticking with given he clearly has some talent that he just isn't delivering consistently -

Much better than last game. Frustrating player, there was one stunning first time ball from our half then 30 seconds later fluffs a 5m pass under no pressure. I think he has the best range of passing at the club just shows it far far too inconsistently. -
Really hope we start Semenyo. Only player who managed to make an effective forward pass against Sheffield United. Bar set pretty low I know ?

Ah that sounds great! Funk is amazing and has so much variety to it. He will do well as a sax player, always very in demand with that sort of music. My one is "Brick Bounce"

Talking of Craig Charles, why not share an album that I contributed to He has played a couple from this on his shows. Not mine unfortunately ? https://bbprecordings.bandcamp.com/album/toxic-funk-presents-boots-of-paradise

Don't even get me started on free kicks being taken in the right place. I think VAR should take a good 5 minutes per free kick to work out the position to the nearest millimetre, especially when it is in our own half. -
Benarous is a complete pain in the arse and I am loving every second of it! Won't be the last time he gets someone sent off I am sure.
-
I was actually more impressed with him defensively than going forwards, which I wasn't expecting! Seemed to have a real knack of timing his covering runs to intercept crosses & passes across our box. Very promising full debut against a decent team.

First half was great. Think I am right in saying Blackburn didn't have a shot? 2nd half was more frustration for me, but was good to see us actually make a couple of chances near the end. Signs of improvement and that was with plenty of youth on the pitch!
-
Probably Hamilton's fault
-
Lets be realistic. As terrible as we are against a team this bad even we wouldn't lose. It'd be 5-5 (6-6 now ?)
-
Yeah it always annoys me, other than losing the fastest lap point only solution I could think of would be to ban pit stops in the last 5 laps unless there is damage or a puncture.
-
Agreed, we have looked our best this season with Williams on the pitch. Shame it has only been about 5 minutes.

He does occasionally have a game where he looks a class above. Just needs to do it regularly (been saying that for a few years!) Just great to have a player with some pace who actually gets in behind the defence. -

Really makes a difference having a player with a bit of pace who runs beyond defenders. Makes our punts forward a bit more threatening. Still struggling a bit to hold onto the ball but low possession football works better when you press with some energy and defend solidly. This looks a lot more like a 'proper away performance' than we have had recently. Fair play to CO'D, also defended fairly well. After they won a backpost header he had a massive block on a shot that could have easily been on its way in! -

Kinda hoping its a 4-2-3-1. Flat 4 has the potential of being completely overrun, and we haven't looked much like scoring with 2 up top so worth sacrificing a striker IMO.
