Assuming this is just a way to prove the value of the stadium was legit by opening a line of credit against it. If this ends up in the hands of the club surely there will be repercussions (probably not knowing FFP) I would be interested to see who the 3rd party is, and who carried out the valuation on their behalf.... and whether they are on Morris' Christmas card list.
