  1. Because it's a nonsensical answer. Both you and I know that if I could, I might. Now... either post a reasonable response to my reasonable question, or just **** off.
  2. Lazy answer. But thanks for replying. ?
  3. Sadly (and I never thought I would say this), I think right now I would be all for it.
  4. 60+. And most of them either sh*te, or not given a chance.
  5. I do. I'm not saying that it will happen, but if Lansdown is really nearing his exit, I would put money on it being his final point to the supporters. I.e. "It is/was MY club".
  6. I agree that the OP is a bit knee jerk and reactionary, but are you honestly happy with what Lansdown appears to be doing right now?
  7. Nah. Don't have to. I believe that he has done the best possible job so far under extremely difficult circumstances. If we end up in a relegation battle, then that responsibility will lie at a higher door than the manager's office.
  8. And there is the rub for me. I will say again. Lansdown is in it for the adoration. That is why he will only back managers that are less popular with the fanbase than himself.
  9. The entertainment overall (not the last few games) has-been a massive improvement on most of the Lee Johnson era. The last two paragraphs are my post of the day.
  10. Indeed. Makes you wonder, doesn't it?
  11. Quite a dramatic post. But not one that I can argue with. Edit: It's not our club. He has told us that.
  12. I totally agree with you. But to play devil's advocate, this early in the season, one of the reasons that they are joint second is because they did well against us. But yes. Bedwetters out early.
  13. I would like to hear Tony Robinson's views on the matter. Unless, of course, he is Top Robin.
  14. I think that it is less due to the uncertainty and more due to the owner's history. But other than that, I think your post is pretty spot on.
  15. No. The fault lies further up. Which you refuse to see.
  16. I would mostly agree. Trouble is, he can't get on the end of his own long throw.
  17. Wasn't listening, but to be fair to her, Radio Bristol commentators have been doing that for decades. Phil Tottle was one of the worst culprits.
  18. I don't think anybody did. When it came back on I looked at the Matchday thread and there were no posts during the time of the game. And me.
  19. And how could you know that? It was about 10 games when you 'thought' that. And given your negative mind, I am surprised that it took that long.
  20. Sadly I think this is exactly what is happening. ?
  21. I wasn't talking about him valuing himself. But I guess you know that.
