  1. Would rather they had drawn, but they beat Charlton and Forest. Really worried we would lose, and hence some ground to somebody. As happens, their wins mean we end up gaining ground on the other two. Massive win.
  2. Wow, hats off to the lads, and yes, Cotts. 3 huge points. Randomly, us, Preston and MK all won 1-0. 1-0s pave the way to heaven. Dare to dream another one at Bolton, and well...
  3. Taking nothing for granted at all, but at least we are in the game at half time!
  4. Surprised it is Agard not Cox, as the latter seemed to be ranked more highly, so fingers crossed!
  5. Only saving grace is there are maybe six sets of fans saying the same thing.
  6. If anything defined a consolidation goal, there it is. Good he got one mind, just getting to the stage where he did need to finish one. Fulham, sounded the definition of clinical. Us, anything but. Anything other would be an emotional response. Deep breaths for a bit I think.
  7. Kodjia must have had more efforts on goal than any other player on the pitch.
  8. Charlton losing, which somehow puts out of the bottom three- for now.
  9. Any toddler knocks on my door in the next few hours saying trick or treat...
  10. Five shots each, amusingly (or not). Fulham now scored 8 in the second half of their last game, and the first half of this.
  11. Whenever we seem to get a bit of better form going, we go back to square one. Already a long way back after twenty minutes.
  12. Random fact from the BBC: 82% of the players to appear for Bristol City this season have been English, the highest share in the Championship.
  13. Like most games in this league, not an easy one, and they should be full of confidence after beating Reading, coming back from 2-0 down, Joint top scorers and looks a strong bench with some real options. I am sure their fans are thinking this is winnable. Equally, most of the teams around us have real tough fixtures. Real chance for us today. Finders crossed!
  14. I agree with this, but confidence can be fragile, injuries etc mean we are sailing close to the wind. Last six, we have lost to Reading and Brighton, drawn three, and won one. That does not suggest weare getting blown away, equally, it is winning enough of the games like the MK one which will define our seaeon. Week ago we were bottom, now we are now a point out of it. Great point tonight if we can now follow it up v Fulham.
  15. Some of the comments on here. Gutted not to win, we were the better side, could not just pop it in. Well played the boys.
  16. Would before the game have regarded a point as excellent, but the way the game has gone really disappointed not to win it. Having said that, saved the heartbreak of losing in the last moment!
  17. Indeed, been done by fresh legs late on enough to try it ourself. Real blindspot for Cotts.
